Do you keep my physical passport as a deposit?
No, absolutely not. We inspect your original passport at our Service Center counter to confirm identity, take a digital scan for legal records, and hand it straight back to you. We take a refundable cash or card deposit instead.
What driving licence do I need to ride legally in Sri Lanka?
You need a valid driving licence from your home country plus an International Driving Permit (IDP - 1949/1968) OR a temporary driving endorsement from the Automobile Association of Ceylon (AAC). Sri Lankan citizens need a valid Class A/B licence.
What happens if I get a flat tyre or breakdown?
Simply message our 24/7 WhatsApp emergency helpline. Our mobile technician will come directly to your location along the Weligama-Mirissa-Midigama coastline to repair the puncture or replace the vehicle.
Can I store my big travel bags at your hub while I ride?
Yes! Our Weligama Service Center features free secure luggage lockers for all active renters. Drop your backpacks or suitcases with us and travel light.
How does fuel work when collecting and returning?
We operate on a fair "Return as Given" fuel policy. If you receive the scooter with half a tank, simply return it with half a tank. There is a 24-hour CEPETCO fuel station just 200m from our hub.
