To legally ride in Sri Lanka, you need either an International Driving Permit (IDP) with motorcycle endorsement, or a temporary driving permit issued by the Department of Motor Traffic (which can be obtained with your foreign driving licence). We verify your licence details during booking to ensure full legal compliance.
A standard refundable security deposit (typically LKR 5,000 for automatic scooters and LKR 10,000 for manual motorbikes) is held at the start of your booking. Upon returning the vehicle at the hub in its original condition, your deposit is released on the spot.
Our booking system calculates the total rental duration and automatically applies whichever billing option costs you less: hourly billing (hours * hourly rate) or daily billing (days * daily rate). You will never be overcharged for picking up a few hours early or returning a bit later.
We offer free cancellation with a 100% full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made between 2 and 24 hours receive a 50% refund. Rentals cancelled within 2 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
Yes! Every scooter and motorbike rental includes sanitized helmets for the rider and pillion passenger at no extra charge. Surfboard racks can be fitted to your scooter upon request during pickup at our Weligama hub.
We provide 24/7 on-call roadside assistance across Weligama, Mirissa, Midigama, and Ahangama. In the rare event of a puncture or technical issue, contact our hotline and our mobile team will assist or swap your bike immediately.
